Until now, permissions were managed on one level only.

One building, many roles

For ESG managers or asset managers, visibility of the complete building portfolio is essential. They need an overview of all their buildings in the platform and insights into energy consumption across the entire portfolio to make strategic decisions.

At the same time, each building might have its own facility manager or service partner who only needs access to a specific building. With the new feature, the manager of the building can grant them platform access to those buildings, so that the facility manager, for example, can take care of temperature settings, heating schedules, and potential alerts.

Of course, a tenant in an office or residential building should only be able to view or adjust conditions in their own units.

This gives you the flexibility to decide exactly who can view and manage which data — ensuring clarity, efficiency, and security across your organization.
