viboo ist ein Zürcher Cleantech-Start-up, das mit selbstlernender KI den Energieverbrauch von Gebäuden vorausschauend optimiert und damit einen messbaren Beitrag zur Energiewende leistet.

Deine Aufgaben

• Eigenständige Installation unserer IoT-Geräte und LoRaWAN-Thermostate in Gebäuden sowie Systemkonfiguration und Cloud-Onboarding vor Ort.
• Leitung von Kundenprojekten gemeinsam mit unseren Partnern – von der Planung bis zum Abschluss.
• Bearbeitung von Support-Anfragen unserer Partner und Kunden.
• Sicherstellung des laufenden Betriebs durch datenbasiertes Monitoring und proaktive Störungsbehebung.
• Schulung und Koordination weiterer Installationspartner sowie Mitarbeit an der Optimierung bestehender Installationsprozesse.

Dein Profil

• Abgeschlossene Berufslehre in einem technischen Bereich – z.B. Elektro-, Heizungs-, Gebäude- oder Sanitärtechnik, Netzwerk-Informatik oder Ingenieurwesen.
• Freude an praktischer, handwerklicher Arbeit vor Ort.
• Erste Erfahrungen mit Gebäudeenergieanlagen oder Haustechnik sind ein Plus – aber kein Muss.
• Selbstständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise – du findest einen Weg, auch wenn's mal hakt.
• Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse (C1); Englisch, Französisch oder Italienisch sind ein Plus.
• PKW-Führerschein.

About viboo

Our mission at viboo is to reduce the environmental impact of buildings while helping property owners lower operational costs. We therefore developed an AI-based Building Management System (BMS) built on top of scalable IoT infrastructure. The system uses self-learning AI to predictively optimize heating energy consumption in buildings, one of the largest contributors to global carbon emissions.We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our impact-driven ETH spin-off, starting immediately or by agreement. In this role, your expertise in software engineering, cloud architecture, and databases will play a key role in powering and scaling our AI-based BMS.

Your mission

• Designing cloud-based software architectures and developing individual software components to ensure smooth deployment of new features, platform reliability, and scalability.
• Maintaining and improving the CI/CD/CT pipeline for DevOps and MLOps.
• Contributing to overall product development and expanding your competencies and knowledge.
• Debugging issues and optimizing platform performance during on-call shifts.
• Conducting peer reviews of code written by AI and other developers.
• Reporting directly to the CTO on an ongoing basis.

You’re a perfect fit if you have ...

• 5+ years of professional experience in software architecture design and backend/API development, with strong Python expertise.
• Proven experience with public cloud providers; GCP experience is a strong advantage.
• Deep expertise in PostgreSQL and TimescaleDB, with solid experience managing and processing time-series data.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices with Kubernetes; familiarity with MLOps tooling, particularly Kubeflow and Prometheus, is a plus.
• Hands-on experience building software with AI agents, AI assistants, and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• A proactive, driven mindset with intellectual curiosity, a user-centric approach, and a genuine commitment to team collaboration.
• Fluent English communication skills (C1 or above), with the ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively across teams.

An exciting opportunity awaits the Finance & Administration Assistant 60% based in Dübendorf, to join an impact-driven Start-up company immediately or by agreement. In this role, you will support the CFO and senior management with finance and administration activities for the Swiss holding company and German subsidiary.

About the job

As the Finance & Administration Assistant, you will be responsible for

• Preparing and sending out sales invoices and following up on overdue balances
• Processing and payment of supplier invoices
• Month End / Year End preparation including stock and project profitability analysis
• Co-ordinating and communicating with our external Accountants in Germany / Switzerland
• Travel and event co-ordination
• General office management / co-ordination tasks
• HR support including co-ordinating interviews and onboarding new employees

What you offer
