What are BILANZ Digital Shapers?

Every year, the BILANZ business magazine in collaboration with digitalswitzerland, who Handelszeitung and PME The 100 most influential personalities in digital Switzerland — the “Who is who of digital Switzerland”. With their ideas and projects, the Digital Shapers are actively driving digital transformation forward — in ten categories from business, technology, science and society. They represent innovative strength, entrepreneurial courage and the will to create real added value with digital solutions. The thought leaders are presented in ten categories.

Digital Shaper in the Energizer category

Viboo is featured in the Energizer category. This category highlights digital shapers, which make the generation, storage and use of energy more efficient through digitization. This is how Felix Bünning is introduced:

“For Felix Bünning, digitization is the most efficient lever against the climate crisis. Instead of waiting for the total renovation of the global building stock, he proves every day that AI-based operational optimization in existing buildings is often the most effective immediate measure.

viboo's approach: Predictively manage buildings and thus reduce the CO2 footprint of existing buildings in real terms — with a minimal digital footprint that accounts for just one percent of the savings achieved. With this technology, energy consumption and CO₂ emissions in existing buildings can be reduced by up to 40 percent — without major renovation costs and without lengthy planning phases.

Felix Bünning expressly does not see himself as a disruptor against the traditional construction world. For us, the appointment as Digital Shaper 2026 is more than a personal tribute from Felix — it is a recognition for the entire VIBOO team, which works every day to make the building sector more sustainable and energy efficient.

We are particularly proud that viboo, as a young start-up with ETH roots, stands alongside personalities from some of Switzerland's best-known and largest companies. It shows that innovative ideas and consistent implementation can have an impact even without backing from the Group.
